【追尋七階(7 levels quest) 歸來】
走回內心的家，是趟旅程。
不往外求，而是往心裡去，尋找那片寂靜之地。
旅程可能是漫長跋涉，卻也可以在一個呼吸之間抵達。
從3年前進行靈境追尋(Vision Quest)時，聽到追尋(quest)有七個層次，就一直惦記著。心裡有種感覺，像是有條絲線牽引般，知道那是自己所追尋渴望的。
9天8夜，漫遊在森林裡、輕走於團體中，
觸摸、體驗內心的寂靜，
有時深，有時淺。
我聽到自己內心輕輕地說Yes，輕柔且篤定。
